The whole company left the office together on 21 February for a day of games, learning, good food and a lot of dancing: our Capacity Building and Organizational Bonding Program.
What is the CloudCommerce Company Outing?
It is a day when the whole company leaves the office together to learn and bond as one team. On 21 February 2026 it ran as our Capacity Building and Organizational Bonding Program — a Company Outing built around two ideas: learning something together, and meeting colleagues you don't usually sit next to.
What happened at Company Outing 2026?
The day began with a coach trip out of the city and a full programme on arrival. The programme mixed sessions, games and exercises — including a trust-building one where everyone held hands — led by a host who kept every table involved.
Lunch was a spread of hot dishes in a bright dining room, and games and team challenges carried on after it. The day ended as a party with a live band, themed costumes and a dance floor full of colleagues.
Why does CloudCommerce hold company outings?
Because a company is people first: days like this let teams from shipping, software, marketing and support meet as people rather than job titles. Outings are one of several ways we do it — our team also has a monthly staff party and quarterly parties, listed among the perks on our careers page.
